I'm trying but the car was owned/insured by my girlfriend and her parents. Her parents are nuts and are truly convinced I was drunk driving and I'm a felon and have a record of drunk driving (something they could easily look up online and discover is not true). Despite the fact that I'm on medication that would cause me to lose consciousness after one beer and I would die if I discontinued the medication they continue to believe this and tell people this. Fosters - Dunno if it's totaled. It's borderline, so it'll all depend on the frame I guess. The front damage all stops at the engine if I remember correctly. If it's totaled my girlfriend plans to use the money to pay off student loans and just take the bus.Comment

I updated w/ pics of the car on the first post. As you can see there's ZERO damage from the fenders on back and even the front suspension looks okay. I guess it'll all come down to the frame, engine damage, and the airbags to see if it's totaled or not.Comment
