Does a mid 90's doublewide add to a 5 acre lake lot in alexandria mn. There is a 3 stall detached shop built in the 80's on the property as well. Asking price is 250k I don't want the double wide. I would build a new house. Can something like that be sold?

Call a trailer home sales place and see if they have any interest. I would assume the only thing of value is what is permanently attached to the land...the garage. Better be a nice garage.Comment

I don't know. I am trying to research similar lots on the same lake. A 2 acre lot was 150kJake H.
