Hitachi corded power tools? Worth a damn?

I'm not very familiar with Hitachi electric cord power tools. Anyone have experience with them? I love their pneumatic tool line, very light weight, reliable ect. I'm just leary about their electric line. Their price is very nice at near half-price when compared to DeWalt cord tools.

I really like Hitachi power tools, probably more than DeWalt... at 1/2 the price, do it.

I like my hitachi cordless tools. A guy at work swears by their circ saws and compound miter boxes. Check out tylertool.com that's where I bought my stuff.
