Who's going to be going to CF on Saturday?

The weather forecast for Cedar Falls calls for 72 and sunny. I'm thinking this could be one of the last weekends of the year. Who knows next weekend it could be sleeting out. This is who I know who's going so far

Thats a no for me, Broke the good old 10bolt finally, stupid GM 10bolts !! But am getting ready to purchase the 9" and be ready for the house of hook in the spring .

I'll be there. Stop by and say hi. Got the orange 70 mach. also have some friends going down. One with a red 64 tubbed chevelle runnin mid 10's and another buddy coming down with (you late model guys will love this car) Yellow 79 mustang with 89 body parts on it. Tubbed with a 514. Ran 9.70's @ 146 so far. Now has a new converter and she should be around 9.40's?? And he drives this on the street all the time! Can't wait!!

Sorry, I can't make it. The wife reminded me of those birthing classes this weekend-DOH!. I'll be going the following weekend. Besides, I'd rather have some colder temps anyway. BTW, it's a Dakota not a Ram. Shesh, I'm heavy enough already!

Track opens at 12noon, racing starts at 1-5pm. I was thinking of meeting at the McDonald's in Lakeville at 900am.

Tom - I would love some colder weather too, but the weather should be almost exactly like I ran my best last year so this should work out.

Uh yeah, if you heat those drag radials up enough and launch the rearend is going to break. This is why I always left at idle on the DR's. Since it is the end of the season I will risk busting the rearend. I'm gonna heat those mofos up and see what I can get. I think there will be a few trailers down there.

99SSleeper, plan on being at the McStop on 35 in lakeville between 9:00-9:15. The track opens at 12:00. Racing starts at 1:00.
