Fuel prices will only continue to rise. China and India are heavily industrializing and are demanding more and more diesel/fuel everyday. I believe China and both India's demands will both dwarf the US's consumption eventually with their population sizes. This will continue a steady skyrocket of the price of fossil fuels.

Trust me it is, more freight is available this year. But im just wondering if it is because nobody is making house payments anymore.

It's no more stable than it was 2 years ago, our recovery is very fragile and it's essentially just a bubble. When oil prices spike this spring we're in it for another couple years since out government seems to think it has the ability to spend our way to prosperity.
