SSP would have come with the following features.
Engine oil cooler
130 Amp heavy duty alternator
2 Piece VASCAR speedometer cable
Certified calibrated Police speedometer 0-160 MPH
Non operational courtesy lights
Relocated rear deck release from glovebox
Single key locking doors/trunk
Reinforced floor pans
Full size spare tire
Anti RFI Bonding straps
Other than that I'm pretty sure you would have to verify it on the buck tag.
This site will probably tell you what you want to know.

Paul, what kind of car is it? If you think it's a MN State Patrol car, I can check their database and let you know. If it's a Crown Vic, the 5,6,7 numbers in the VIN will be P71. If you're talking about the Mustang, check for this http://www.sspmustang.org/technical/bucktags.htm
