for those into weight training, hit a new pr in deficite deads, if you are not in the know, that is a conventional dead but you are standing on a platform. I used those common step brand buildable platforms, about 5in high. Did a very easy warm up of 4 plates for 5 then a single with 500. No belt as always. Went up very smooth, I could have done around 20lbs more at that deficite. Im working deficites to build off the floor power, then go back to reg and work for 600. Good for mid 5s now.
