this does nothing for our roster...it just gives us another one of chillys ex eagles player to sit next to each other on the bench during the game...basket is only known cuz he married kendra, the next closest thing sports related he is known for is hes the one that muffed the onside kick in the superbowl last year for the colts...awesome...

i honestly dont think its worth it...its easy to spend other peoples money, but if youd have to give him what, 7 million was it, plus send the chargers a second round pick? if it was preseason and we did it, okay i guess...but 5 weeks at least into the season i dont think its worth it, money wise or draft picks...i think he will want more money then we could afford to extend his contract for more then the rest of the year...im not sure sidney rice after just one season of doing so well ensures he should get top dollar, but i think we resign him for top dollar at the end of the year (since this is his last year on his contract) especially since we look so bad without him (weather its related to him or not, it makes a case for it)...but i dont think we can afford to pay rice and v-jack with berrian wasting space on the field with his long contract for big bucks
