A crazy idea just occurred to me while I was reading this thread. How about this: Send a few million americans over there to live with this incentive: free land. Bring your vettes, porsches, whatever, business suits, women, pop culture, music, everything. Just immerse their demographic area with western culture. As far as safety goes, just send sensible people over there, like the type of person who has a tec9 in the household. Then, in about 2-3 years, you will see iraqi children running around listening to Blink182 on their expensive mp3 players while surfing the net on their cell phone. Total culture reformation, right? Well whatever, just a crazy idea that popped up in my head, I'll stop now.
