Buy the Ford Racing 5 lug swap kit. I think I got both front and rear stuff with all new parts for around 300 bucks or so.

I have a budget front 5 lug swap kit. If EgnerDan ever gets me a spindle back!! I have almost the whole front kit for CHEAP.
