    WTB: Cobra tank w/ pumps

Probably a long shot but I figured I'd check. It has come to my attention that I need an upgrade.

I figured about 800 or so. Price go up?

Get a used one off SVTP or search the junk yards nationally.

You can modify a GT tank and put your own basket in it. Then just pick up the Cobra pump assembly.

Another option is to just get Boost-a-Pump from KB. It does a great job at keeping the pressure up as needed with the stock GT pump.

Just called Tousley and it's $603 for the tank and $407 for the twin pumps so $1010. Probably the best bet if I can't find a used one anywhere. I'll look into that boost-a-pump also, not familiar with that.

When I first researched my build back in December, I heard about modifying the GT tank to fit the twin Cobra pumps but another recommended not going that route. Probably the same person that recommended going the SVT Focus pump route

Ryan is running a boostapump. I would say try that out. It may fix your problem.

I will have to ask him about it, thanks

                      I keed, I keed. Until 4500rpm hits, it's still a stock motor with a loud header-back

                              Boost-A-Pump site.

Really all you probably need if using stock pump. Just keep the tank above 1/4 and you won't need the cobra tank. You could modify the basket in the GT tank also.
