Nope, but you can get them for $75 with a base tune from TTM

I will also throw in a waterpump, with thermostat and housing, accessorie mounting brackets, belt tensioner, and whatever else I have extra laying around.

Its off of an 03 denali engine, the engine is in my car, I had to by the f-body accessories, oil pan, water pump...
