I have one in the garage. No shift tower, no speed sensor ($15 or so at ford, or if you can get the one out of your car re use it).

Do not know the condition of the synchro's but I would assume the 3rd gear is toast. This Tranny came from a CSVT. Case is currently open, so if you want, you can inspect it before i button it up.

how hard would it be to swap differentals? I think her trans is ok, I thought it was a cv axle binding, both inner boots were torn so I replaced both, but it still binds when leaving a stop and turning. Also what would you need for it?
