How does the lightning maf work with a stock mustang computer? It will be tuned using a tweecer, but I have heard the the lightnings maf are calibrated via the pcm? Do you know how that would work?

The lightning maf works very well. You will have to update the maf harness to the newer style which comes on the lightings and the cobras. You can grab the harness from a ford dealership for rather cheap.

If you can change the transfer function through the tweecer you should be fine. Casey had no issues adapting mine to the older EEC IV computer.

The lightning works fine on a N/A 302. As soon as you put on a blower it sucks. It pegs and is not ment for a blower application. Look into SCT

I don't think this is necessarily true. The Lightning you got the MAF from has a blower, so I wouldn't say its not meant for it.

It worked fine on my '01 GT with a Procharger...wasn't even close to pegging at close to 400rwhp.
