Alot..it comes with sway bars struts and shocks, along with the springs.

BBK springs are crap. I can't say that Saleens relabeled stuff is better, but atleast you would be buying a "matched" package for the cost of the shocks/struts?

Yes. Shocks/struts/springs are interchangeable from 87-04. The sway bars depend on front control arm length (unchanged from 94-04) and the rear depends on the distance between rear control arms (also unchanged, like...ever).

Yep, guess why. They killed your front roll center and killed your camber curve.
