    AFR 185 Heads

    SOLD

I have a set of nice AFR 185's for sale. These came from 93SVT, I bought them about 5 years ago and they have been installed on my engine for about 3 years. I bought them used but in great shape, I have not run them yet just installed.

I also have a set of FMS 1.6 roller rockers for these I could sell, just not sure of the price yet.

$900 Cash Firm - No trades

Ok after a long delay these are the 1422 heads,

    185CC intake runner
    58cc combustion chamber
    Pedestal mount rockers
Emissions legal, so they have the air injection ports drilled but the passage is capped off.

They have somewhere between 2000-5000 miles on them since they were last refreshed.

Any pics? If you are sure they are 185 pedestal mounts they should be 60cc chambers. How used were they when you bought them? Do they have the heat crossover?

They might be 60cc I will check, I can take some pictures this weekend, positive they are 185's

2.02 Intake valves, all factory CNC porting is intact. Nobody has taken a grinder to these.

Pretty sure they were 60s but I had them decked .01" at R&R, also these have some pretty stout springs from Ed Curtis, came with a pretty nasty cam I had from him, I think it was close to .6 lift, rockers, springs, seals, locks, seats were all done when I had everything apart the summer b4 I sold them, only drove it a few times, everything is solid, car made great power

AFR 185s are great heads, i bought mine brand new in 2000 and the only thing i had go wrong was a two broken rocker studs, that happened this year, other than that, they are awesome, my car still runs great! Good luck with the sale
