Nope, paying for it out of pocket. My insurance agent said it was a road hazard that would come under my collision, which I have a $500 deductable. And then they would just raise my rates for three years, so what the hell.

Check with the city/state. They are responsible for keeping the roads up.

well if that's the case I'd imagine they're swamped and will be for a long time. Seems like every road is a pile of shit right now.

Call MnDOT, they'll investigate, and find that they are not at fault and tell you to get fucked.
