You weld on 9" style ends on the axle instead of doing C clip eliminators. Works in the same fashion, but the 9" ends have bigger bearings and are more resistant to side loading for street driving, whereas there have been stories of the eliminators leaking during street use. If your staying with stock brakes just do the c-clips for now then. Way cheaper and then you can just wait and do the ends and brakes when you decide to build the rear to never break again.
