$500???? good luck getting that much. The word turbine just makes people turn away. I picked up my weld wheels with tires for $400.Originally posted by bro-z(4) '87-'90 factory Ford Mustang GT turbine wheels (16 fins) with 225/60/15 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. From Ford they were only $95 brand new in the box..... per rim.
Then you have depreciation and add in that the market is down and the fact that the rims hve probably been through a dozen windstorms...
I'd say The rims are worth 45 each and with tires 15 more for a grand total of $240, and thats only with at least 75% tread.
Tires are just the icing on the cake.. anyways. I was given at one time a whole set of New Wranglers because they didn't like the RWL Font on the side... She wanted those bridgestone Duelers or something like that..Last edited by YouNeverSawMeHere; 10-01-2004, 03:46 PM.

Opinions are like bung holes...everybody's got one...and since we live in a land of free speech here goes...I find it interesting how many experts (in their own mind) there are on this web site...so the wheels and tires are priced high...it's just a starting point...the wheels are near perfect...the tires are brand new...just like the '89 Mustang LX 5.0 convert that I recently sold for $8,000 that also received negative comments about the price being too high...all by experts that never saw the car...Mustangmatt stated today in another post "it's ridiculous how nice all his stuff is" after visiting my place the other night...thanks Mustangmatt...nice stuff has value...and a lot people are willing to pay for nice stuff...

There are also a LOT of people here that are willing to spend money they do not have. I've never had so many deals fall though on car parts in my life than I have in the last month...Originally posted by bro-zOpinions are like bung holes...everybody's got one...and since we live in a land of free speech here goes...I find it interesting how many experts (in their own mind) there are on this web site...so the wheels and tires are priced high...it's just a starting point...the wheels are near perfect...the tires are brand new...just like the '89 Mustang LX 5.0 convert that I recently sold for $8,000 that also received negative comments about the price being too high...all by experts that never saw the car...Mustangmatt stated today in another post "it's ridiculous how nice all his stuff is" after visiting my place the other night...thanks Mustangmatt...nice stuff has value...and a lot people are willing to pay for nice stuff...
BTW, there is only about $0.10 worth of grain in a $4.00 box of Wheaties, but people buy them up....Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for dinner. Liberty is a sheep with a gun who disagrees with the decision.

The only reason you are getting shit is because well those wheels suck. They are not in demand because Ford made a shitload of them. I just sold 4 10 holes with decent BFG Comp TA's. Know how much I got? 100. Suck? Yeah. Could I get more, doubt it. Now if you had the pony wheels, they'd be gone for sure. Sell them on Ebay, I bet you get no more than 150.00, if you get even that much. Better off just dismounting the tires and selling them outright.

I figure these wheels will be sought after in the future. Just my thought.Originally posted by MustangmattAnything he has that I have seen is immaculate. When he says excellent condition, it means they are just about brand new. With how much tread is left makes it a great deal!
Everyone has god damn ponies! I have ponies! jesus christ!!Expect nothing less, maybe more. :idiot:
