FS: 2 iPhone 3GS 16GB Black phones

I have 2 iPhones up for sale. Both of them are black 16GB 3GS models. Both work flawlessly, never had issues with either one. All the buttons work as they should, digitizer works well. Both are under warranty and do not have any liquid damage, spill indicators are still white, etc.

The first one is brand new, was activated in the Apple store and used for 12 hours. It was a warranty replacement for my old phone that had a battery go bad. It is in as close to perfect condition as you can get without it still being in the box. Comes with the box, manuals, charger, earbuds, etc. Can be unlocked or jailbroken if requested. Has iOS4 with newest baseband. Asking $350 for this phone.

Second one is 8 months old, has warranty till the end of August and could get Applecare. No cosmetic damage to the phone, no cracks or scratches on the body or the glass but it does show some use. It is currently running iOS 3.1.2. Comes with the box, manuals, charger, and earbuds. Asking $300 for this phone.

I don't know why...att's 3g bands are different than t-mobiles so it'd be stuck on edge. And T-mobile's edge is slow as fuck.

Pretty sure the imei will let att know it's an iphone regardless. Unlocking doesn't change that.
