I was going to unlock this phone, but it has the 3.1.3 firmware so it can't be unlocked. Its practically brand new, and has always had a case on it. Comes with 3 cases ($30 dollars/each), screen protector and a wall charger. It is white in color, and is ready to go. These are going for $600+ without the contract. I am looking for $450 or b/o.

Uhhh if it can't be unlocked then I'm pretty sure they have to have a (2 year) contract when they activate the phone through At&t. I may be wrong but a potential buyer should check that out.

Up to 3.1.2, but not the newest update. And Apple won't let you downgrade the OS anymore because they don't want people to unlock anymore. Some are saying they aren't going to make an unlock for 3.1.3 because they're concentrating on making an unlock for the iPad?
