I have my house up for sale, and wanted to try and sell it without a realtor first to avoid their 7% fees. Currently, I am listing it for 229,900 but make an offer, we are trying to move to a bigger house closer to my wifes job.

It was built in October 2006 and is about 2,000 sqft. We finished the basement about a year ago. It has 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, with the potential for a 4th bedroom. Vaulted ceilings. Large 2 car garage attached to an ally but has a driveway that fits 2 cars as well. Everything is new in the house since its only about 3 years old.

This is my personal opinion, The house looks nice but the cops would be over every day because the neighbors would be complaining constantly...

I will never live closer than a 100ish feet from my closest neighbor. (current situation)

Neighbors are super nice, in the white house is an older couple that keeps their lawn spotless in the spring/summer/winter...like i dont think I have ever seen a leaf on their lawn, sometimes I will put one on there, and its gone within the hour.

The newer house on the left 2 i think two brothers live in, dont really hear much of them, they mostly go to work and come home.

I wouldnt want to live that close to him either. Its inside the blast zone when one of his fucking "projects" goes wrong (or right, depending on whose opinion you are basing this off of)
