Snowmobile/ATV/? storage lift system

So I know this fellow who is retiring and moving south. He has this lift system in his garage and looking to sell it. I guess it was quite expensive when new. It's two level currently, but I guess you can add a third level if you have enough ceiling height in your building. It's located in White Bear Lake area. He's asking 1,000 u.s. dollars for it. I called him and asked. he said 4 feet by 10 feet for the platforms
