free weed whipper, stopped running

I have a homelite weed whipper, stopped running last year, ran out of gas and won't start again now with gas. Sometimes it tries to start, but won't quite go. Haven't checked spark plug or anything, its kind of small for someone over 6', bought a different one. Free if someone wants, otherwise going in dumpster soon.

The tygon fuel line in the tank hardened and cracked due to ethanol. Replace the fuel lines and possibly a carb kit.

I dunno the thing is max 3 years old. I'm not touching it but I'll pass that info on to the next owner if there is one.

Good old ethanol tainted gas. If the content goes above 10% in ALL gas, look out.
