House for sale, big garage, reasonable price.

I'm selling my house. Looking to sell and close by summer, pretty motivated. House has 3 bedrooms on one level, great for future family. Has a 12x9 shed in the back, and a 26x36 attached garage that is finished, painted, heated, insulated with attic storage and 11ft ceilings. Bathroom completely remodeled, new hardwood, newer roof, carpet, new windows and trim, all new 6panel doors throuout, new appliances (washer dryer, stove, fridge, water heater, softener) stand alone wood burning stove that I use all the time (I have never had a gas bill in the winter above 130 with supplemental heat from the stove. 2 year old paver patio (220 sq ft) all all new landscaping.

Any questions, pm me. There will be a substantial cash bonus for the buyer if he uses my realtor that is selling the house exclusively.

its a love it or hate it thing, no one seems indifferent of it it had a purpose, but that is a story itself, short story is the window on the right in that bedroom wasnt there until 2 years ago, so it helped get light in that really dark room.

I'm looking to get out of mine as well. I'm going to rent mine, but I'm going to move up to the big boy league and buy a house.

Strange that you and I went to the same class and ran into each other by accident, bought our places around the same time and are looking to get out around the same time as well.

6.5-7 years looks to be about it.

Lol, i know. Average time in a home is 6years i guess. Im thinking of renting mine too if i cant get out. Im fine with a loss as long as it isnt too severe. I dont want to deal with assholes trashing my house and dumping a bunch more money in it to sell it in another 3 years. Ive had 2 showings in the last week and will be dropping the price after the details of the new place are locked in to under 200 in hopes of breasking a major search milestone to get more people through it. I think it would go pretty quick undre 200.

                      GLWS. really nice place.

We just bought a new house, and if the market up there, is anything like down here (South of the river) it shouldn't last long on the market.
