The Good: 2 door, 5 speed , 160k, runs great, not a lot of rust. Reliable car, new alternator, ignition switch, New tires up front, decent tires in back, lots of suspension over the last four years.

The bad: Title issue; she bought it from a used car dealer 4 years ago, never received a title and he ignores every request for it. There are numerous claims against this guy and we don't feel like playing games. She has been able to get tabs for it each year.

Yes, we both did. The guy avoids us and has a bunch of simular claims over title issues. Keep bidding guys or Darkness (if he is serious) can pick it up with in the week!

If he doesn't produce a title you should be entitled to a refund on the car via his bond company. I'd call the dealer unit back, talk to Jay or Pat, they seem to be the only ones that know whats going on down there. If the dealer unit still can't/won't help you ask them for the Minnesota Task Force phone number and report it to them. I know if the task force called me I'd have whatever they wanted done in about 5 minutes.

They had they're license pulled so you may be fucked. Did he just never transfer the title or did he transfer it conditionally and never submit the title? What's the plate number on the car?
