All guns come with original case from SIG. The P290 and P250c have night sites. I also discovered MN does not require FFL transfer, so i will selll without FFL as long as the buyer has a permit to purchase or carry with ID and will sign paper confirming transfer.

I have a sig with the night sights and they are sweet! You can have it cased in a dark place for months and take it out at night, and they're still glowing bright, I don't know how that works, but its cool.

Watch out with permit's to purchase. I'd only go with a DL/Carry combo. I was at bills when a guy had a forgery. make sure they're 21+

I may only be 20, but I am military, and I have an Uncle who is a cop, so it would be all too easy to get my purchase permit, and I could really fuck myself if I did anything illegal...

I get home on the 17th though, I'm stationed in Virginia right now. Any possibility you could hold that 250 for me until then?

FWIW, you could probably verify the PtoP at the cop shop printed on it. IMO, it doesn't look like it would take much more to fake a PtoC than a PtoP other than the laminating process.

quick hijack, whats the point of a permit of purchase for private sales? To cover your ass if the buyer shoots up a mall or something? Just wondering why you would require the buyer to have one.

I don't know why some people care either. It's a perfectly legal transaction to sell one to Joe blow, and you're not responsible for what the buyer does with it.
Maybe these people are just for strict gun laws.
