1997 mustang cobra

i have a 1997 mustang cobra swap that i need to get rid of in order to pay off school. i have all the documentation for the car car has 76000 miles. has a K&N intake kit, flowmaster exhaust, and exedy clutch. the only problem with the car is that 4th gear grinds sometimes. i can fix this at buyers expense otherwise i will fix it and sell it for more.

im look for around $5000
