    2001 Jetta TDi

    2001 Volkswagen Jetta GL TDi with about 155,XXX miles. Tornado red, automatic transmission, new glowplugs/battery/tires (thanks Tire Nick!) last year. Car has a few minor cosmetic problems (chips/scratches/etc) and has one window that won't roll down, but overall is a solid driver in good to fair condition.

    If any of you have long commutes or enjoy a good road trip, this is the car for you. I average about 40mpg with about half city half highway driving. It has been my trusted workhorse for a few years now, but I'm moving and it's time to let her go. I'll take pictures and post them as soon as I get a chance for Newbomb Turk to pretty the car up. In the mean time, here it is from my balcony:

    Asking $5000/OBO. Not open to trades as I am moving 7000 miles away and cars do not qualify as carry-on luggage.

          I don't move until January, but it's much easier for me if I get the car sold soon. I have another car I can use until I move.
