1988 F-350 2wd

This is more of a feeler kind of want a guage of what its worth to see if its even worth getting rid of thanks in advance for the input.

1988 ford f-350 2wd
7.5L, 180,000ish miles supposedly gone through at 100,000 nothing to prove it.
c-6 trans gone through same time.
Has new coil, module, cap, rotor and plugs.
Known problems:
temp guage broke
Fuel guage works but is erratic at times sending unit i believe.
Exhaust donut leak.
Exhaust isnt the greatest but works.
Tires are not the greatest but they are 10 ply and will last a long time either way.
There are a few small rust spots and the driver side box fender extension deal is pretty banged up.
Also could use a new hood but looks good anyways.
