This is what I was looking for. Who did the welding? Documentation of welding? At what mileage was it welded? Was it welded when you had it, or before? Was the car an actual cam failed car, or was the welding done to prevent this? How long have you had the car? Do you run premium or regular gas thru 'er? Does everything work on it (sunroof, CD changer, pwr seats, etc)? Any service engine lights at all? ABS lights?

just word of mouth from previous owner, i bought it from the apple valley dealership, and the previous owner used to work for them, i have put the last 19k on vehicle, and it hasnt given me any problems besides i had to replace the cat y pipe, its a decent car, good sound system, reliable and comfortable.

I have seen said car. (Im pretty sure - if the wheels are freshly powdercoated white). I have actually worked with the previous owner on having his car repaired at Apple Valley Ford, his name is Gary Dahl. And I can personally tell you, that this car was EXTREMELY well maintaned, and the cams WERE welded, BEFORE any cam failure. He was a very particular owner. The entire front end was rebuilt (ball joints/tie rods/ALL shocks/struts etc.), and every fluid flushed, before Gary traded it on on a Mustang. I tried to get every friend/family member I knew to come up here and buy that car of the lot, because I knew how solid of a car it was... A LOT invested in preventative maintnance. I have seen the car for about a year or two now though...
