1997 dodge neon 1600 or trade?

97 neon sport 5-spd DOHC 4-door. manual windows and locks.
the body is in pretty good shape. only one small rust through on the driver side corner of the hood, about the size of a quarter, and a little rust on the edge of the trunk lid.
only 110,000 miles. new rear brakes (drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, lines) new rear struts,
new plugs and wires about 3,000 miles ago. newer tires (about 80% left in them) the heat works great AC blows ice cold.

only problems with the car:
it is missing an interior door panel on the driver side.
rear passenger side strut mount makes noise (doesn't affect driveability at all)

all in all its a good reliable beater to get from A to B

i generally get between 30 and 37. but ive never gotten worse than 30 in it. best mileage i ever got was 41mpg on the drive back from duluth

Light rust on t-gate, pass side door on the very bottom and right front fender has a bubble forming under the black molding. Miles shown in the cluster are 168,000 but it's a replacement cluster, actuall miles are about 15k less. Paint is faded some, but it's a great runner and the 4 wheel drive works. Interior is on nice shape too. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a V8 in it so I really don't need two suv's.
