    '92 Thunderbird

Well, I think the time has come to get rid of this car.

I bought it with intentions of being a project car, but, the way things are going around here, I don't have the funds or time to give it.

    The car:
    1992 Ford Tbird LX, v6.
I think its got like 120k on the clock.

    The good:
    Low miles
    Clean interior, overall clean exterior
    could make good winter beater

    The bad:
    Rear sway rusted thru(have another)
    some rust on the bottom
something wrong with the motor(plugged injector or cat, leaks oil)
dent in rear driver's side 1/4
doors/trunk close, but not as good as they could.

I never really drove this car, but, I think its a plugged cat/injector on the pass side. I had planned on dropping a v8 in it and having some fun with it. I drove it around the block, trans seemed to shift smooth and didn't make any concerning noises.

I have the title for it, this is where its a bitch. The guy that I got it from, got it from his dad, he did not transfer the title, so, the kid's name is still on it, my name is no where on it. In the past with dealing with something like this, simply doing a strike-through through the name etc, you can put your info and you are golden.

I recommend a trailor, it should drive up onto the trailor, I put fresh gas, oil, plugs, cap, and rotor in it.

Pics! I removed the door ding strips.

Make an offer. Wouldn't find a ford escort in decent shape, running or not.

I also might have some other tbird parts to go with it.

Contact me via email, sc0tty8@mchsi.com or call me, any time, 320-420-1337, make sure to leave me info on when its appropriate to call you back, I have "odd hours".

On the title, you can put a strike through the name, but you'll have to fill out a Did not buy/Did not sell form and have it signed by the owner and the non buyer.

So I have to sign that form and get the other guy to sign it? I have no clue how this shit works lol...last time I had to deal with it, I was standing at the DMV with the person the title was going to go to.

I don't even know if I can get ahold of the guy I got it from, I got it cuz he wsa moving.

Yeah I think its tweaked, the doors gotta be slammed to close and the trunk looks like its high on one end, I am not a specialist, could just need door and trunk adjustments but I need to get it gone before it snows. I can see if I can find the prev owner, might be a bitch to do though, at that point, maybe I'd just take it to the bone yard and see if I coudl trade it for some truck parts

Its common for Tbird doors to sag

I don't think they are saging though, I do know that the plastic on both door strikers are long gone, so, that may be part of it.

I got too much shit on my plate right now, don't be surprised when I am posting from the hospital on my laptop while recovering from a heart attack at age 24
