Nice car, but why is the engine compartment so dirty and rusty???

Guy who owned it before me lived on a dirt road. I've never had a chance to clean it. Car was in heated garage all winter, and I always forget to wash the engine bay when I wash the car. The car wants to be driven. I don't drive it to work, because of the conditions of where I work, and I have 2 other cars besides the stang. So it just sits. So I'm seeing what interest there is for it. I had planned on doing a gt42r 347 build but don't know if I will ever get around to it.

Its through the first sheet of metal but not the 2nd. So no its not all the way though. You can't stick your finger though and feel it on the other side or anything like that.

Ignore it, some people are just fucktards. $3500-$4000 doesn't buy much today. As long as you aren't hiding anything such as floor or frame rot this is a decent car.
