    97 mazda protege

    Just seeing if there's any intrest before it gets junked.

    Issues:
    Rust/dents
    Alt going out I believe
    No radio
    Burn or leaks oil
    Blower motor for heat isn't kicking on
    Sitting on spare tires now
    Exhaust is very sloppy

    1.5L 5 speed
    4door
    240xxx miles

    $400

    It'd make a good compact demo derby car

                    So it's probably not worth the time/effort/money to throw some decent tires, blower motor work, junkyard alt, and radio in it for a gas saver econbox?

                      If I had the time that's what I would do. All the proteges of this era I've seen burn oil. Its just making sure you don't run it dry.
                      Heater core could use a flush also. The gf has been driving this thing for the past 2 years and kinda said fuck it when the blower motor and alt went out at the same time.
