    67 Mustang fastback $7,500

I had seen this car at a house I"ve been delivering to for a while & finally was able to talk to the owner to see f he wanted to sell it. The last tabs on the plates are 92 so he hasn't driven it in 20 years. He fixed it up back in the 80's & it is in need of refurbishment again. Fairly solid but I would recommend a quarter panel, door skins, & a little work on the fenders too I suppose. Originally light metallic green. He says it's got a 69 351w from a friends Mach1 that was totalled back in the day. 3speed manual on floor. His name is Dave & his number is 612-245-8083.

Needs quarters, door skins, and it had an 80s repaint? I would hate to media blast that thing after paying that much.
    Godspeed, on the Devil's thunder.

finding a 67 fastback for sale under 10k is difficult at best, unless there's nothing left to the car. I just want a rolling shell in OK restorable shape and they are extremely difficult to find.

You didn't negotiate that in the new house?

It's not old station wagon pricing.

I think the price is really fair considering it's not a coupe, 16k would be an untouched original southern car.

If this were for sale when I bought mine I would have gladly bought it over my coupe.

Coupes are a dime a dozen still and can be had in really decent shape for 6-8k if you look around the southern states. But here a gutted 2 wheels away from being a roller Fastback can sell for up to 4k.

You're pictures don't show the need for quarters or skins. Is that the worst of it?

If you can see that much rust in a few pictures it will be a mess after soda blasting, still I don't think that's a bad price though.
