That interior is hideous, but for a early 80's 4 eye, its the cleanest I have seen in a long time.

I agree, I would by it cheap and give it a new life as something cool.

The interior is a sign of the times, that's the styling it had. I'm going to talk to her some more and swing by with a battery, gas and my drill. I'll yank the distributor and prime the pump and put it back in to see if she'll fire.

dude offer her $300. I agree that is a $500 car.

sitting that long stuff rusts, and don't jump the gun and try to make it run in the back yard without doing standard maint. first.

if it were me I'd spray fogging oil in the cylinders and turn it over without firing. change the oil, throw in new plugs, clean the carb and entire fuel system.

you're out of your mind to think that car is scrap it's a cobra not to many made and no A/C is hard to find and a blessing for a couple reasons

I have a pair of 15" 10 hole wheels with BFG's that would look great on this car...

yes TRX tires are expensive just sell them on 4eyepride people over there praise the TRX's in fact so much that they're trying to have the centers of them welding on 16-17" standard hoops...

Giuys. non ac cars were the norm back in 1980. Nothing rare that it DID not have ac.

Was the other reason the seller was willing to trade for legos and other miscellaneous junk?

Why would you not want A/C for a slow shitty car?

the other reason was a clean black interior..

BUT in fox cars with out A/C the heater core is so easy to replace a monkey could do it.. take out the glove box take the panel covering the core and remove the core... now in a A/C car you basically have to remove the dash and unbolt the heater box from the wall to get it out

saves about a days worth of work
