    May 1st Autocross

    May 1st Autocross

The next autocross is May 1st at Valley Fair again, be there between 7:15 and 8:30 AM. I want to see some people actually show up and race this time from here. I will be there, pretty sure outrun will be there, stormwalker will be there if he has his car or not (he'll double up with me), not sure yet if Maloney Racing will be there, I think he said he would. Cost is $35 if you register there. Bring a helmet if you have one, otherwise there are loaners. It says this course will be "a fast, challenging Solo2 Nationals-style course design." So I am expecting a faster course than the one on Sunday. If this will be your first autox, you will most likely be in the class SI, otherwise it depends on what you have done to your car. It would be best if you get there early because the cap says 175, and after ignoring the cap last time and having it take so long to go through one heat, I think they may enforce it this time. If anyone else has anything to add please do

I will be there. I will also make sure my battery terminals are tight before I go.

I will be debugging my new cobra brake set up and suspension mods
My couch pulls out but I don't.

Yup, we'll be there. Already signed up.

Expect the course to be much more open. Steve (the course designer) was complaining all day last time about how tight it was, and he said he'll avoid the bad pavement also.

Was that your red SN95 that bogged on the last straight? I was wondering what was up with that.

I'm fuzzy on the rules and just got done reading till my brain went numb...

I'm either SM or SP...but not sure which.
                    Mods:
Factory size wheels and tires (aftermarket on both)
                    STS & bushings
F&R Swaybars & bushings (Neon ACR rear/GT Cruiser front)
                    Upgraded Tension strut bushings
                    Waste gate actuator
                    Manual boost controler
                    Catback
                    Airbox delete
                    BOV conversion
                    Stage1 ECU

                    Any help appreciated!

Reading the rulebook is hell. I will just post this on the MAC board, and I'll let you know.

EDIT: I posted it here. Someone should let you know soon.

What was in st. cloud? Was it a parking lot race, or a real track?
