TCS Event: Spring Kickoff BBQ 2005. Sunday, May 22nd.

Where: Weaver Lake Park. 8401 Dunkirk Lane, Maple Grove 55311

Directions: Take 694 WEST until it turns into 94 WEST (or take 494 north until it connects to 94) and take 94 WEST to Weaver Lake Road. Go WEST on Weaver Lake Road (left) and take that until it connects to Dunkirk Lane in a T. Take a left on Dunkirk then look right for a sign for Weaver Lake park.

Time: 1:00pm - 5:00pm. Food will be served at 2pm sharp, and at 5pm we will be taking a group cruise to University Ave to swing by Porky's.

What to bring: Beverages and sides. Meat will be provided but you must bring your own pop. No booze. Also please bring sides to share with the group like chips, cookies, cole slaw, beans, salads, ect.

Last years spring BBQ was great and we hope to make this one even bigger. We had over 54 cars!

Sounds like fun. Never taken my car to any kind of car club/meeting. Is there a charge to get your car into that park, or am I thinking of some other park in Maple Grove?

There is no charge to enter the park.

This event sounds fun. I am a newbie when it comes to Mustangs...am I still welcomed? Just picked up a 2005 Stang (V6) and am loving it. Still not used to the stares!! (Although the GT's look real awesome as well!!)
