The track is rented from 2-3pm and 7-8pm so I'll prolly be there between 2-3pm....

I think it may be a slightly less then the rates listed there, I know now for a member it is 3 - 8min races for $33 instead of 2 for $25

Its a blast Don, well worth treating yourself, and trust me 8 min doesnt sound like much but your arms cant take much more if your driving hard lol at least mine cant

I bet it would be fun, I have heard great things about it and always wanted to try it out. Hard to believe your arms get tired though, you have had a lot of practice with that cornering beast you have

do you guys do this often? i like going, well ive only went once but it was fun. at my work we have a bunch of buy one race get one free coupons im gonna get a bunch let me know if you guys are going again.

It was nice meeting you guys today. Definately was fun to check out some different lines. It will be sad when that track goes away... But I suppose we'll all just have to learn another one and go from there.

Now if I could just get the carts to hook better! lol....

Mike - Bill (93 SVT), myself, and a few friends of ours have been going the last few weekends pretty regularly. Unfortunately the track in Blaine is closing in two weeks so I don't know what will happen from there... And I'm not sure if I can do it next weekend either... Plus when spring/summer comes around there is so much more going on with real cars and whatnot I know I don't go nearly as often....

That was a great time. I don't think I can afford to do it too many more times this winter, but we'll have to keep each other posted about events this summer. If you guys ever want to come out to the garage, let me know. You gotta get Bill to get that car done somehow.

Yeah that would be cool to check out your operation... And I've yet to try an Autocross so I will definately make it out to one of the events with my Z28... And I'm sure the MNFBC will have some sort of an open track event but it is still up in the air where it will be at this point (like we were talking about though, probably Mid-America Motorplex or Road America from the sounds of things if BIR does indeed fall through).

Yeah Bill has a few things to get done on that thing this year.... If he still has it that is... I know he's looking for a reputable place to get his new SFCs welded in so he can get his TA bolted up but don't let him fool ya .... His car IS plenty driveable....
