2007 goals

So what are your goals for 2007 in the world of drag racing?

I myself have set a goal to get my 60 foot times down to 1.50's. After that goal is surpassed on motor, I will set a goal for low 1.4's on nitrous.

I plan to yank all of my rear suspension out and replace it with the proper parts inorder to achieve this goal of mine.


11.5's @117 are the all motor goals for the beginning of the year.

10.9@125 is the nitrous goal so far.

Just a note for you, my old NOS combo (stock short block, AFR 165s, 175hp dry shot & C4) went mid 12s on the motor and 10.90s (best of 10.88) at 122mph on the 175 shot running 1.44 60fts. Going 125mph you will go faster ETs with low 1.4 60s

I did 123 this year spraying spraying from 2nd to 4th. I just need to be safe first before I go fast.

I was looking into Kevin Slaby's upper kit and his anti-roll bar. I am not sure on the lower control arms yet.

I would like to get the new combo togther and see if the 10.50's are still possible.
I would like to get a 1.39 60' and trap anyware in the 120+ range.

To get my hood done before the spring bbq (hopefully it happens), and get carpeting in the back of it. And make it more times to RF, and definately try and make Show and Go, and Muscle car shootout at BIR. And maybe to Cedar Falls all so, we shall see. I only went racing twice in 06
