Would anybody here be interested in a drag racing school at Grove?
I've been talking a little to Scotty Richardson because I'd like to see the Grassroots Bracket Series http://www.bottombulbracers.com/ run in MN.
He has been in contact with Rick at Grove and they have been talking about have one of Scotty seminars in late April of 2011, and most likely the Grassroots series will be there also.
For those who don't know who Scotty Richardson is, he was ranked #45 in the NHRA top 50 back in 2001. http://www.nhraonline.com/50th/top50...hardson45.html

Try to spread this around and if you are interested, please let Rick @ Grove know. call or email him, or better yet, if you are at the track, talk to them and let them know.
This series has very good paybacks and is set up to have either State or Regional Champions that go on to a National Champoin Race.
"The GrassRoots Bracket Series is comprised of a 4-race points system in three separate classes. We’re able to take the top 8 points earners from each class and track to bring them together for a GrassRoots World Finals with an opportunity at a total purse of $25,000 per class with no entry fee."
If I find out any more info I'll post it. I'd like to see a series like this at a local track, so again, if you have any interest, let Grove know.
