Helmet + seatbelt + car not falling apart.

Seriously...that's about it.

Not sure how long the course is...they usually take about a minute or so to go through.

and unlike drag racing, you can even wear shorts if you want.


edit: Scot, did you see I got that one picture of you where you were going so wicked fast your numbers flew off. I hear thats a common problem for red SN95's
