Cars and Coffee - August 1st

Cars & Cafe is taking place this Saturday August 1st, from 8am till 11am.

Please join us for what likely will be our largest event of the year!

Last month brought us anther back to back rainy event. Despite the weather, we had close to 200 very special cars in attendance.
This month we will have some better weather and a couple of special events afterwards. Immediately after our event, we will be holding a Dyno shoot out at APS in Shakopee. (3136 130th St. W Shakopee MN 55379). $40 for 3 pulls on their 2wd Dynojet. There will be food, drink and music at APS.

We are also very happy to announce that Todd Zuccone from Evolution Motorsports in Tempe AZ ( www.evoms.com ) will be there joining us and tuning european cars with their own Evomsit software. Check their website for your application and pricing ( www.evomsit.com ) Evolution Motorsports will be prividing a 10% discount off all tuning during this weekend. Please contact me for more details/reservations.

Please note that our event is from 8-11am. Parking is first come first serve. If you show up at 10:45, the lot is more than likely going to be full and you will be asked to park in general parking.
Unless you are looking to get this event shut down, please keep the burnouts and hard launches for the track.

    Time and Location:

    The event is from 8am-11am
The location is the Minneapolis AutoMotorplex located at:

I'm going to show up with my camera and try to schmooze with people 1000x richer than I am with the hopes that they will let me take pictures of their car...maybe even ride in it! Then I can take the pics and post them up here and say it's a friend of mine.

            Not.

I just got back from this event and all I can say is, Wow! I didn't know there were so many exotic cars in MN! One of the best car events I've attended. I will be going back in the future. Anyone have any idea what it costs to buy a garage there (not sure if garage is an appropriate term to describe the buildings!)?

I was at cars and coffee today and then headed to APS for the Dyno shootout.. The so called Garages start at $39k and the association fee is $100 a month..

And you have to go to the "Wheels Of Italy" car show later this month if you really want to see what is in Minnesota.. You will not believe it..

Here is a picture I took last year of a few of the cars..
