Black Top Cruisers 1st "halloween cruise" October 20th 2pm. We'll meet at a public parking lot at the corner of 4th st NE/1st ave NE in faribault mn .the cruise rout will take us through the country towards neirstrand and back through northfield then back to faribault for some food at A&W. Itll be about 45-60 min cruise. All paved roads, no construction, very few.stop signs/lights.
