ya. this year is no rules (no cage required) and each race is $10. All you need is a car w/ studded tires.

How do you stud your tires? Just screws and then run tubes or something?

no, we buy em studded. they have about a half inch of solid rubber on the outside and then the studs are screwed in I guess. you usually need a new set every season or two. last season we had a guy have his truck get hit by a flying stud from a racecar and it cracked his windshield
