konastang5.0's "2 door Fusion" came with a request of a basic polish so it was show ready, but also to be daily driven.
We started with a Dawn wash to strip any existing polish/wax in a 5 gallon bucket with a grit guard and 3 wash mitts (one for the main body, one for the rockers, and one for the wheels/exhaust).
After drying it with 3 drying towels, since the car was new, I saw no point in a clay bar and it needed virtually no paint correction.
We hit it with a coat of Zaino Z2 with a black pad and a red pad (only had 1 of each), each of us tackling one side of the car. We let it sit for an hour since it was humid out and I had no ZFX left.
We wiped the polish off with some dense microfibers, then went over it with some Z6 spray detailer. One more coat of Z2 went on, it sat for an hour, and then a final spraying of Z6 and here's how it turned out:
Kyle may have some non-potato quality pics to post up later. Sucks that it was cloudy that day.
