this sucks. I've yet to go to a 1/4 mile track. I too wanted to see what the car would do. Fresh tune and all.......What are we going to do???

Me and a couple of friends were going on Thurs. I only work a few miles from the RCTC campus where they are setting things up. The weather doesn't look good at all, but if it is only rain, I can handle that with my mach.

We will still plan to meet up in the morning. I will cruse anywhere. Josh the guy going with me wants to look at a 1963Fairlane in Iowa and I would like to go to waterloo to tour the John Deere plant if we cant find anything better to do.

I was kinda hopeing to make a pass in the Comet to see what it runs.

Just talked to CFR and he said he had to take a boat for 2 miles to get to the track which is under 3 ft of water! Sucks for them, sounds like they really needed the exposure too.

Planning on going prob just Rochester and maybe Madison.

Thoughts?

I heard that CFR is under water

I know they are having problems in town but I would have thought the drag strip would be ok.

I will have to do some searching.
