If they can show that you do overtime normally then they can count it as overtime. For me the looked back a few years and figured I average 200-250 hours overtime per year. In that case it counts as income

You need to hope for a new case worker! I just went through this 3 months ago, I made 13K in OT last year and I lobbied to have it not figured in and won! Also I don't get vacation "time" per say, I get an hourly wage (still taxable income) that goes into a vacation fund, lobbied and won to keep that out too. I came out very well in the deal.Originally posted by svonasek View PostOvertime is considered income if they can prove that you normally work overtime.

I realize now that I have read every page. Guys this kind of stuff scares me out of my skin. I am 24 and I could not imagine paying that kind of loot. It appears to me that some of us know of these femenazis that prey on our pocket books. Just beware.Originally posted by svonasek View PostOvertime is considered income if they can prove that you normally work overtime.

My temporary order for child support, they took a % (not sure what the exact # was) of the difference in income between me and my sons mother. This is with me having my son every other weekend and every Wednesday night. She also has him under her medical through work and the state is paying for her daycare
We had a family court counselor visit both of our houses a few times over the past year and they just finally submited there report and recomendations to the court. They gave us joint legal custody and giving sole physical custody to her, but me getting him 1/2 of the time. So I have him wed-friday and every other weekend. So im HOPING my child support goes down a little bit. My court date is tomorrow, im crossing my fingers.
In 50/50 custody cases, there should be NO child support. If she can't/wont pay her share, she should lose her share of the kids.
