Nor have I. This happened to me once before, long time ago, don't recall if it was on this account or another... but I just had to fill out some paperwork they sent me about it, sign it, send it back, and the charge was removed.
Funny thing is... I've had this account for, ohhh... about SEVENTEEN YEARS. But now I'm getting the run around? Are you serious??
